2010.12 获武汉大学法学院环境与资源法学专业法学博士学位。
2006.6  获美国哈佛大学法学院法学硕士学位（LL.M.）。
1999.6  获重庆建筑大学外语系（现重庆大学外语学院）科技英语专业文学学士。
工作经历
2012.7  中南财经政法大学外国语学院，担任教师。
2011.10  华中科技大学公共管理学院公共管理博士后流动站，从事博士后研究。
2006.7-2007.12  自然资源保护委员会（NRDC），担任法律顾问。
